Snorunt using Fake Tears by brzozod526

Devin Brzozowski-Greenwood from Canada is one of the artists that joined our Pokemon Tribute & Game-Art-HQ in 2018 and started with Gen III! And he started with not less than five of the lovely Pokemon, more than any other new people on board last year!

Have a good look at his whole gallery here!

Fake Tears

“The user feigns crying to fluster the target, harshly lowering its Sp. Def stat.”

Fake Tears is one of the non-damaging moves and lowers the special defence of the opponent which can be very useful against many Pokémon. It is one of the moves that were added in the Gen III games.

It is a Dark-type move and the only way Igglybuff can learn it is through being bred with another Pokemon that already knows the Fake Tears move and is also in the same egg group as itself.

Igglybuff is actually the first Pokemon that used the Fake Tears move in our art collaboration, but its also used by Smoochum and Snorunt.

Snorunt using Ice Beam by Silval58

Silva58 joined our community and the series of Pokemon Projects in 2018 as well and claimed Aron, Wailmer and also Snorunt for her first year on board!

I believe all three looked great and hope she will be on board for our Gen IV Tribute in 2019 as well. Have a look at her whole gallery here!

Ice Beam

“An Ice-type attack. Has a one-in-ten chance of freezing the target solid”

Ice Beam is a powerful Ice-type move first introduced in Generation I. The user blasts an icy beam onto it’s foe, having a 10% chance of also freezing them solid. Ice Beam was TM13 in Generation before being dropped in Generation II and returning to its original TM13 from Generation III onwards.

Ice Beam is a powerful move used by Powerful Pokemon like Articuno and Tauros in Gen I, it was later used by Remoraid from Gen II and Snorunt from Gen III in our series of Pokemon Art Tributes.

Snorunt

“They tend to move about in groups of around five Snorunt. In snowy regions, it is said that when they are seen late at night, snowfall will arrive by morning”
