Furret used Helping Hand by PhantomzArt

Phantomszart drew a great Furret but she deactivated her accounts recently…it is weird to have artworks submitted for our art collaborations and later you can’t credit the artists as usually and don’t have a clue how to contact them. Anyway, her Furret speaks for itself and is just cute!

Helping Hand

“A move that boosts the power of the ally’s attack in a battle.“

A team oriented move, Helping Hand is a Normal-Type non-attacking move introduced in Generation III.

Most effective in Double Battles, Helping Hand boosts the attack power of the User’s ally in the heat of battle. It can still assist Pokemon off-screen in Fly or Dig status.

Two Pokemon are using the Helping Hand move in our Pokemon Tribute so far. Nidorina and Furret

Furret used Hyper Voice by PamtreWC

Will from the UK was one of the first artists that joined our Pokemon Gen I tribute back in May 2016 and drew Jynx, followed by Horsea. In April 2017 he joined the Generation  II Tribute with his take on Furret performing the Hyper Voice. Recently he had health problems and I just wish him all good

He also draws a ton of original Pokemon / Fakemon. His gallery is absolutely worth to visit!

The Hyper Voice

“The user lets loose a horribly loud shout with the power to damage.”

Hyper Voice is a damaging Normal-Type move introduced in Generation II where the user screams forward devastating sound waves.

Powerful as it is, it has no secondary affects and is easily cancelled out by Pokemon with Soundproof ability.

Both Sentret and Furret are using the Hyper Voice in our Pokemon Generation II Art Tribute 🙂

#162 – Furret

“The mother puts its offspring to sleep by curling up around them. It corners foes with speed.”

Furret bears most closest resemblance to a ferret, as does its name and is a fast and agile Pokemon, often burrowing into grasslands and meadows deep underground. It is able to stand on its hind legs but finds it easier to move on all four.

It is a normal Pokemon and the final stage of the Johto Pokemon Sentret which can be found very early in the first patch of grass in Pokemon Gold, Silver and Crystal making Furret easily obtainable. It evolves quite early starting at level 15. It is shockingly a very large Pokemon measuring in at 5’11, taller than the average human!

A Furret appeared in the 4th Pokemon movie; ‘Celebi: Voice of the Forest’ that led Ash and his friends to the Lake of Life in order to heal an injured Celebi. During the Silver Conference, Ash battled with Salvador who owned a Furret, proving itself as a very tough opponent that confused Ash’s Pikachu by continually using Dig and outspeeding Pikachu’s moves.
