 Reptile from Mortal Kombat 2

Reptile, the personal protector of Shang Tsung discovers that his master wants to enslave the last remaining members of his race and decides to fight for his own reasons in Mortal Kombat II.

In his non-canon ending he would defeat both Shang Tsung and Shao Kahn and help his race to live peacefully.

~

Reptile debuted in the first Mortal Kombat and was the first secret character ever in a fighting game, he was not playable though.

In Mortal Kombat 2, Reptile debuts as the third Ninja with his very own special moves while he was just a faster and stronger mix of Scorpion and Sub Zero in MK1. Now he was able to spit acid, from slow and fast energy balls to combine them to a combo, was able to make himself invisible and also still had the slide from Sub Zero.

Reptile became one of the most popular Mortal Kombat characters with the time and returned in almost all later games.

Reptile in his classic Mortal Kombat 2 design was drawn by Kostasishere from Greece for the Mortal Kombat Tribute
