I’ve always thought that Oro was one of the most interesting characters from the SF series. He’s very powerful, despite his old age. Oro also has a great design, and plays like no other. |
Like I do in all of my work, I always start on paper. Working fast and light, I sketch the figure. I wanted his pose to mimic a sprite from the game, but from a different view. I also wanted to mimic the style of Nishimura Kinu’s SFIII artwork.
When done penciling, I inked it and shaded him with Copic markers. After scanning him in, I colored him using Photoshop. -Deimos |
