The Flute Boy (who plays a Ocarina btw.) is a minor supportive NPC from the Legend of Zelda: A Link To The Past (1992). There is another Flute Boy in The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds (2013) that is a resident of the Kakariko Village and plays songs from the game on his flute for a small Rupee fee.
