“If you’ve ever played a King of Fighters game, you know that, both Kyo Kusanagi and Iori Yagami, are the stars of the series, and pretty much fan favourites. And, along with Chizuru Kagura, they form the Sacred Force Team, due to the fact that each of them, are the heirs to the 3 clans that originally sealed away the Orochi, 1800 years before.

The chance to draw both Kyo and Iori for this piece, was just too much of a lure, and I had to draw them together, given their mutual hatred for one another. The best part, about this team, is that they have a special unique team ending, that I originally had no clue about, until my friends, who were also King of Fighters fanatics, showed me here

I’ve always been a fan of fighting games, and King of Fighters was always, a favourite of mine, for many reasons. Firstly, the character designs for the characters from SNK are amazing, and very unique in my opinion.
Secondly, essentially the King of Fighters series, was the first all star fighting game, where you could play, as some of your favourite characters in SNK games, and create your own unique grouping, with their own story.
Lastly, and finally, for any great fighting game, the combat in the King of Fighters series, is deep and complex, with an intricate system, that is easy to learn, but hard to master.”
