Annette Renard is a minor support character from Castlevania: Rondo of Blood (1993) and also a boss character under certain circumstances in the same game where she is transformed into a “Lesser vampire” which looks more like a succubus if the main protagonist Richter Belmont fails to safe her there. Annette was Richter Belmont’s beloved before the transformation which makes her backstory quite sad. She also is the sister of Maria Renard. Annette was not even mentioned in later Castlevania games (as far as i know) and it was a surprise to see her claimed for our Castlevania Tribute in 2012.

Annette is a part of our Castlevania Series Art Tribute from 2013 and was drawn after her transformation to a lesser vampire. Sooner or later we might continue this project which might mean more illustrations of her. |
