Professor Hershel Layton is the main protagonist of the Layton games and a gentleman wearing a cylinder. He is a renowned archaeologist and one of the few Professors in video game history who are not evil or crazy. Instead he solves just every riddle and case in the Layton games together with his apprentice Luke Triton. He is a typical English cliché character though who likes to drink Tea and is a fencer. He is around 37 years old in the first three games. Must admit i never played a Professor Layton game..if anyone here knows more about Hershel which should be added to this description, don’t hesitate and tell me via a comment! |
