Walter Sullivan, the main antagonist from Silent Hill 4: The Room is one of the many video game characters I did not know until I saw fan art of them since I never played the Silent Hill games seriously. That puts me in the same negative spot the Russian artist RisingMonster was in since he did at least not know the background of Walter. But hey, this website is about featuring many different game characters, including even the most unknown and almost forgotten ones, and Walter Sullivan seems to be one of them 🙂
