Drahmin is one of the completely new characters in Mortal Kombat Deadly Alliance and has to be unlocked via the Krypt to be playable.
Drahmin is a Oni, a Demon who resides in the 5th plane of the Netherrealm since ages and protects the sorcerer Quan Chi together with Moloch from attacks by the undead ninja spectre Scorpion. In return, both Oni were promised freedom by the sorcerer. Drahmin and Moloch would taste released upon the world of the living and could taste mortal flesh again. ~ Drahmin uses the fighting styles: Netherrealm, Oni and Iron Club, while he uses his Iron Club in all three styles. Being an undead rotting corpse, a swarm of Flies is always surrounding him, he can even use these to form a projectile against his opponents. Other special moves are a Shoryuken like Uppercut, a Ground Smash move and the Propeller Clock. Together with Hsu Hao, Drahmin is one of the least liked MK Characters by Ed Boon. Drahmin was also one of the last characters drawn for our Art Collaboration in 2012. Fun enough, his alternate design was one of the first claimed spots when we kontinued the Project in summer 2012.
