Celebi used Leaf Storm by Faith-Wolff

Faith-Wolf from the USA draws usually a lot MLP Fan Art but also Pokémon sometimes, so she joined our project with her take on Raichu in 2016 and returned with Celebi using the mighty Leaf Storm when we announced the Gen II Tribute!

Have a look at here whole gallery here!

Leaf Storm

The user whips up a storm of leaves around the target. The attack’s recoil harshly lowers the user’s Sp. Atk stat.

Leaf Storm is a Grass-type move released in generation IV with an incredible power of 130 and a base PP of 5. It also lowers the user’s special attack by two stages.

The only Pokemon that can learn this move are Grass-types.

Celebi used Heal Bell by GaiaNex

The last Pokemon Illustration in our Gen II Tribute comes from the GA-HQ Newcomer Gaianex who is a big fan of cartoons and was actually one of the first new artists that joined our most recent art collaboration when we announced it to the public on deviantART.

He draws really a ton of cute stuff including more video game fan art which you can see here!

Heal Bell

The user makes a soothing bell chime to heal the status conditions of all the party Pokémon.

Heal Bell is a non-damaging Normal-type move first introduced in Generation II. It has a PP of 5 and can be buffed up to a max of 8 PP.

It is a move that cures all status conditions of not only the active Pokemon, but all Pokemon in the party as well, how useful! If powered up with a Normal Z move, the user will restore all of their HP.

#251 Celebi

It has the power to travel across time, but it is said to appear only in peaceful times.

Celebi is a legendary Psychic/Grass Pokemon that is the guardian of the Ilex Forest. It can only ever be caught in the wild in Pokemon Crystal with an event that can be activated with the GS ball.

Celebi is considered a genderless Pokemon however in the game ‘Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time and Darkness’, a shiny Celebi refers to itself as a female. A different Celebi appears in ‘Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon’ that refers to itself as male.

It played a major role in the movie ‘Pokemon 4Ever’ in which it travelled through time with a young professor Oak to save itself from a Pokemon hunter and met Ash and his friends in the present day. It became corrupted and became ‘Dark Celebi’ but was eventually saved by Sam Oak and Ash.
