Dr. Fetus is the main antagonist in Super Meat Boy by Team Meat was first released for the Xbox360 and later PC Systems. He was confirmed to reprise his role as the main antagonist in the sequel Super Meat Boy Forever (2020) as well. He hates Meat Boy and kidnapped his girlfriend Bandage Girl in good old Bowser tradition. This guy is really a small fetus in a jar he can control somehow and attacks Meat Boy with a homing rocket launcher. |
