K’ (pronounced Kay-dash) is a playable character from the King of Fighters fighting game series by SNK. He made his debut as the new protagonist of the “NESTS” Story in King of Fighters’99 and returned in almost all sequels, the only exception was King of Fighters XII. K’ was revealed to return in The King of Fighters XV (2022) as one of the first characters in the game. K’ is the protagonist of KOF’99-2001 and was designed to be a kinda dark hero compared with Kyo Kusanagi, the Protagonist of the earlier KOF games. According to his backstory, he was captured by NESTS a crime syndicate, and was infused with the Kyo Kusanagi DNA which gave him the pyrokinesis powers he can use in battles. He sees Kyo as a rival and wants to prove that he is not just a clone but better than the original, he also fought to regain his memories which were erased during the DNA infusion process by NESTS. His Team Members are often Kula Diamond and Maxima.
