Litchi Faye-Ling is a character from the BlazBlue fighting games by Arc System Works. She debuted in 2008 in BlazBlue: Calamity Trigger and returned in all sequels so far. Litchi is Chinese and works as a Doctor in the fictional city, Orient Town. She fights with a Staff Weapon which can change its form and bent itself to Litchi’s will including being used as a shield or even an attacking stick man, this weapon was probably inspired by the Journey to the West Saga and its main protagonist Sun Wukong. Litchi is one of the most attractive females in the BlazBlue games and is called Boobie-Lady by Taokaka there. ~ I think she is basically the Mai Shiranui of BB..and that resulted in some great artworks and cosplays by fans 🙂
