The Rupee Likes are similar to the normal Like Like enemies in the Legend of Zelda games but only care about the Rupee’s Link collected so far. They are often appearing among Rupees. If the player did not see them and gets sucked in by them, they will suck rupee’s from him until Link frees himself through button mashing. They are not doing health damage but losing your hard-earned Rupee’s can be damn annoying too!

This Rupee Like is from the Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass on the Nintendo DS. So far the Rupee Likes only appeared in Handheld Zelda games and debuted in Four Swords. Our first illustration of them was drawn by Edward Jagiełło from Poland as his first contribution to Link’s Blacklist and a Game-Art-HQ Art Collaboration in general.
