Zant’s Hand from The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess is an indestructible enemy in the game which only appears in The Palace of Twilight Dungeon.

It is similar to the Wallmasters and returns Link back to the entrance of the Dungeon if it is able to catch him. Which make Zant’s Hand to one of the most annoying enemies in the game.

Our first illustration of Zant’s Hand was drawn by Zelda-Freak91 from Germany and was one of the first submissions for Link’s Blacklist Round IV in April 2014.

She wrote:

“Zant’s Hand…
I was so scared of them, didn’t expect them to follow and trying to crush me O.o And then that music of them, how it grew louder the closer they came…

This took like forever and almost 500 layers.”

While normal Wallmasters in the Legend of Zelda games are starting to hunt Link when he comes nearby or enters a specific room, the hand of Zant is “awakening” if he grabs that sphere which you can see on the illustration and this screenshot and starts following Link.

Unlike the Wallmasters, Zant’s Hand is able to follow Link through many doors and it is accompanied by an eerie sound which gets louder if the enemy is getting closer to Link.
