Mortal Kombat Art Tribute: Nightwolf from Mortal Kombat 3/Trilogy

Nightwolf is one of the new characters in Mortal Kombat 3. He is a proud native-american who also has the old Shaman knowledge and is able to use it against his enemies and to defend his people. The sacred lands of his tribe becomes a vital threat to Shao Kahn‘s plans. Nightwolf fights with a mix of typical native-american weapons like bow & arrows and hatchet related moves and magical specials like his shield against projectiles or the shoulder tackle which works very similar to Shao Kahn’s powerful shoulder ram. He had a quite funny ending which seems to be meant as a sign of respect to the native-americans by the Mortal Kombat developers. Reclaiming the lost lands? Reigning as the great leaders of earth? This sounds almost cynical.
