Kefka Palazzo the main antagonist from Final Fantasy VI and his “doll” Terra Branford..a girl who can use Magic and was brainwashed by Kefka and the Empire to serve them as another powerful weapon. Kefka does not even look like a mage and evil villain in a lot illustrations, due to his clown or harlekin like design, but on this fan art by JuritheDreamer you can clearly see that this guy plans nothing good with Terra.
