Vulcano Rosso is a playable character in the Street Fighter EX and Fighting EX Layer games by Arika. He debuted in the Arcade version of Street Fighter EX2 in 1998 and returned as one of the unlockable characters in Street Fighter EX3 in 2000. While Vulcano was not playable in the launch version of Fighting EX Layer, he became the first (free) DLC character for the game in August 2018. |
