Alex Kidd in Miracle World was once meant to be Segas answer to Super Mario Bros, but while this game is superb and got ratings near the 100% Alex Kidd never gained the big momentum..and Sonic the Hedgehog got the mascot function a few years later while the Alex Kidd sequels were almost all very disappointing.

Alex Kidd in Miracle World was first released on November 1. 1986 in Japan, it became a title that was built into the most Master System II consoles.
