This is a fan art by Tom Waterhouse of the fictional character Rock Howard from the Fatal Fury and The King of Fighters fighting game series by SNK Playmore
Tom`s own description of his work:
One of my favourite Fatal Fury/KOF characters, Billy Kane. There’s a few reasons why I like him so:
- He’s British, cool and is only a slightly bad stereotype (looking at you Dudley)
- He’s Geese Howard’s right hand man;
- He’s got a literal second name. That’s just cool.
His voice is also rediculous, both Japanese and English variants. Anyway, in a strange change of pace this was inspired by a life drawing session. The model brought in a wooden cane to pose with and all I could think of was Billy Kane, so I this was born!
