This is a fan art by Tom Waterhouse of the fictional character Akuma from the Street Fighter fighting game series by Capcom
Tom`s own description of his work:
“I’ve always loved that move of Shin Akuma’s (Super Akuma, if you will) called ‘Misogi’ where Akuma falls from above and chops right through his opponent. The way Capcom structured his body movement is superb in that particular move, and it’s always caught my eye as being particularly cool. Do note that I’ve drawn regular Akuma, not Shin Akuma. I prefer his red hair.!”
