Dark Samus is the main antagonist in Metroid Prime 2: Echoes (2004) and Metroid Prime 3: Corruption (2007). She looks like a dark version of Samus Aran and was created when the dying Metroid Prime, the last boss in Metroid Prime (2004) absorbed her Phazon Suit along with Samu’ DNA.
