Cyber Akuma on Game-Art-HQ

Cyber Akuma (Known in Japan as Mech Gouki) is the final boss in Super Marvel Heroes vs. Street Fighter that was released in the Arcades in 1997 and later ported to the Playstation and Sega Saturn. In those versions he is an unlockable character.

Cyber Akuma did not return with all of his unique moves but there was a costume DLC for Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 (2011) released.

Cyber Akuma was created by Apocalypse with the intention of controling him. He is basically Akuma with many new and very strong moves including Rockets.
