He returned in Mortal Kombat XI (2019) Kotal is the leader of a new Outworld race, the Osh-Tekk that was featured for the first time in the Mortal Kombat X Comics which were released before the game itself. Many elements of the Mayan and Aztec cultures were used for his design. |
