Bilstein from Star Gladiator – Game Art and an Overview
Bilstein is a playable character and main antagonist in the 2 games spanning Star Gladiator fighting game series by Capcom.
Bilstein debuts in Star Gladiator (1996) as the final boss and can be unlocked via a code in the Playstation version, in the sequel Plasma Sword (1998) Bilstein is playable from the start but got a slightly redesigned look. His classic form can be unlocked as a clone character with only very small differences and is called Bilstein’s Ghost. He had a small cameo in two of the endings in Capcom vs Tatsunoko and was also in SNK vs. Capcom Card Fighters Clash.
Bilstein is at least as similar evil and power-hungry as M.Bison from Street Fighter but gets defeated by the series main protagonist Hayato during the first game. He returns through transforming his spirit into a new vessel.
He fights with a giant Plasma Broadsword.
