Fou-Lu is the main antagonist of Breath of Fire IV, released by Capcom for the  Sony Playstation in the year 2000 and for the PC in 2003 in Japan and some European regions.

Fou-Lu is playable a few times in the game but becomes a tragic antagonist and the final boss of the game. He is basically one half of Ryu, the main protagonist of BOFIV. Like Ryu, he is able to transform himself into a Dragon.

In 2011, Fou-Lu returned in the form of a Card in Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3.
