Li Mei from Mortal Kombat in the GA-HQ Video Game Character DB
Li Mei is a character from the Mortal Kombat fighting game series and made her debut in the 2002 game Mortal Kombat Deadly Alliance, she returned in the sequel Mortal Kombat Deception in 2004 as well and also the “Dream-Match” game Mortal Kombat Armageddon in 2006 in which she was not redesigned in any form though and basically directly ported from the previous games. Li Mei was a nice difference to the many female ninja’s but overall her design and especially her moveset had nothing really unique. In MK Deception her designs and her role was a bit more interesting with a surprising ending even but in general she is a quite forgettable design. Beside the submissions made for our MK Art Tribute project we could not feature any well made Li Mei fan art or cosplay artworks yet.
