“M.Bison:I’ll fight you on your own level! Come on!” Is the name the Dutch artist Shadaloo1989 who is a big Street Fighter and M.Bison fan gave this fan art of the “Dictator”. Its a line from him, said in the still awesome Street Fighter II: The Animated Movie which is till today the only good SF movie. I think it looks like directly cut out from the movie but its really no screenshot but something completely self drawn.
