Koffing is a really weird looking Pokemon already anyway (like the most poison type Pokemons) but Esteban Matias Corva from Argentina managed it, to redesign this guy to the funny looking cigar smoking thing you see here now and named it “Smogison” Seriously, who would not love to have this Koffing in their team?
