Mileena was always an interesting MK Chick, but good a big popularity boost in 2004 when she was even in the Playboy! ..with an artwork related to Mortal Kombat Deception. In 2011, Mileena returned with an even hotter design but also an even more crazier attitude and some really horrible moves.
