This is Shanoa, the main protagonist from Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia and one of the few playable female characters in the Castlevania Series.

She is a quite interesting game character and can form weapons out of glyphs, and made it as a unlockable character to Castlevania: Judgement and also Castlevania : Harmony of Despair.

This piece on the right  made by Emummy, is actually one of the first entries of the Game Art HQ Castlevania Art Tribute Project which will be published in December here.

Around 40 artists participate in this tribute about the Castlevania games and characters from the first Castlevania up to Lords of Shadow.
