Valgas from Power Stone in the GA-HQ Video Game Character DB

Valgas is the main antagonist and final boss in the first Power Stone (1999). He can be unlocked as a playable character in the Dreamcast port of the game. While he did not appear in the original arcade and Dreamcast versions of Power Stone 2 (2000), he is again an unlockable playable character in the Playstation Portable port Power Stone Collection (2006).
