Grimer used Gunk Shot by SilverTheCreator

SilverTheCreator was one of the first artists on board our Pokémon Tribute that were not a part of the GA-HQ community before, and we look forward to her future contributions, her take on Bulbasaur was her last of six submissions to this project btw.  Check out her whole portfolio at her gallery here!

“The user shoots filthy garbage at the foe to attack. It may also poison the target”

The Gunk Shot was introduced in the Pokemon Gen IV games and the official description is basically telling us everything about it already 🙂

This move is quite powerful with a rating of 120 and it also has a 30% chance of poisoning the enemy. Its small weakness is the accuracy of only 80%.

Grimer used Belch by MudSaw

MudSaw from the United States participated in art collaborations before and eventually joined our Pokemon Gen I Tribute with Electrode using Swift in September., followed by Tentacruel and its Barrier move and finally Grimer used Belch. I look forward to see this artist in more of our projects in the next future!

“The user lets out a damaging belch on the target. The user must eat a Berry to use this move”

Belch is one of the newest Poison-Type moves and deals raw damage without a side effect, with a strong attack rating of 120. The user has to eat a berry to be able to use this move though. Ekans is the first Pokemon in the general Pokedex that can learn this move though levelling.

“Appears in filthy areas. Thrives by sucking up polluted sludge that is pumped out of factories”

Grimer is a Poison-Type Pokemon and represents the Slime / Blob based creatures that can be found in almost all big Role Playing Games. In Pokemon Moon & Soon there is a new Alola variant of the Grimer that is classified as a Poison/Dark dual type.
