Clefable used Metronome by Sandstormer

Daysia aka Sandstormer from the USA is a big Pokemon fan that draws the creatures often anyway, and I think her contributions to our Project in the form of Electabuzz, Clefable and Venonat were nothing special for her, but she tried out some ideas to draw with more perspective and I think that worked out great!

I recommend to see her whole gallery at dA where you can see many more Pokemon illustrations and also original characters by her.

“The user waggles a finger and stimulates the brain into randomly using nearly any move. “

Undoubtedly one of the most unique moves, Metronome is a non-damaging Normal-Type move introduced in Generation I that randomly selects any move for the Pokemon to use. It was found as TM Move TM35.

Even if a Pokemon’s PP is down to 0 or disabled, the move can still be executed regardless of what it is. As a result of the randomness of the move selected, it can either give the player a surprising advantage or a disappointing hindrance.

Clefable used Sing by Nekolloco

Nekolloco is one of the youngest artists that joined our Pokémon tribute but her submissions to it looked super cute and are among the most lovely of the over 300 artworks made for it I believe. Her take on Caterpie was the last of seven Pokémon she drew for our Tribute this year.

She draws a lot other cute stuff as well which you can see in her dA gallery here

“A soothing song lulls the foe into a deep slumber. “

More popularly associated with Jigglypuff,Sleep is a non-damaging Normal-Type move introduced in Generation I. The soothing voice of the Pokemon is enough to put any opponent to sleep.

Undoubtedly an annoyance to opponents in Generation I and II, Sleep has since been countered by Pokemon with the Insomnia, Vital Spirit and Soundproof Ability.

“They appear to be very protective of their own world. It is a kind of fairy, rarely seen by people”

Clefable is a Generation 1 Fairy-Type Pokemon and the final form of Cleffa. It appears once Clefairy is exposed to a Moon Stone.

Like Clefairy; it is extremely shy around humans and tries to avoid them at all costs. As a result, it was one of the most seldom seen Pokemon by human eyes. their hearing is super sensitive; being able to hear so much as a pin drop from miles away. In the anime it is presented as being of extraterrestrial origins; and a good multitude of them suddenly appeared when moon stones fell on top of a group of Clefairies’ heads.
