Bryan Fury from Tekken in the GA-HQ Video Game Character DB
Bryan Fury is a character from the Tekken fighting games by Namco (Bandai) and debuted as an unlockable mid-boss character in Tekken 3 (1997) Bryan returned in all later Tekken games so far including the Wonderswan only Tekken Card Challenge up to the Tekken Tag Tournament games and the free 2 play Tekken Revolution in 2013. Bryan Fury is also one of the “downloadable” characters in the crossover fighting games Street Fighter X Tekken (2012) Bryan Fury joined the roster in Tekken 3 as one of the completely new characters and added a very different facette of the Kickboxing martial arts style to the games. He got one of the most badass ending moves ever in a fighting game which showed him as a more or less immortal guy who just laughs at the police and throws a whole tank at them. He was once a cop but died at a shooting in Hong Kong, a scientist by the name Dr. Abel revived him as a cyborg which gave him supernatural strength. In the following games he is portrayed as a badass fighting for himself, for having fun and as a cruel inhuman being who has no problem to kill innocent people. |
