Scorpion, the yellow Ninja from Mortal Kombat started as a pallete swap of Sub Zero. During the games, he became more unique of course. His gameplay and moveset was finally completly different since Mortal Kombat Deadly Alliance (MK5) while he shared many animations with Sub Zero and the other Mk Ninjas in the previous games.
